The art of the handmade is all about using your hands to tell the story your heart and soul wants to embrace and create. You’ll start by articulating and sharing a story that you’ll infuse into your stitch-resist silk scarf design. Then you’ll learn how to best express your ideas using a multitude of hand-stitched and bound textile methods. This experience will also invite you to be open to the lessons that the art-making process teaches us, bursting creative blocks and moving you into an energetic flow. The processes will help you unleash your creative energy, tell your story, and express your vision for your art both visually and in words.
