Q. ARE THE COLORS, TEXTURES AND SIZES ON YOUR WEBSITE ACCURATE?
A. 
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products on our website. Colors may vary depending on your screen. Sizes may require extra clarification.

 Q. HOW DO I CARE FOR YOUR HAND CRAFTED FABRICS? 
 A. We include care instructions with each item - most accessories can be hand-washed, some require dry cleaning.

 Q. DO YOU DO CUSTOM FASHION AND INTERIOR DESIGNS FOR CUSTOMERS? 
 A. Yes! Please contact Mary to discuss your vision and needs.

 Q. DO YOU DESIGN CORPORATE, PRIVATE LABEL AND LICENSE COLLECTIONS? 
 A. Yes! Please contact Mary to discuss your vision and needs.

 Q. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
 A. Items can be returned for credit only within 7 days of receipt. If there is a defect, we will exchange it for the same item. Custom orders are final sales. Customer is responsible for return postage.

 Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
 A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, AMEX, PayPal, ApplePal (our server securely encrypts all credit card information via SSL). We also accept personal checks, bank transfers and cash - phone us and we can work out arrangements for Zelle and Venmo.

 Q. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
 A. We collect sales tax, as required by law, for orders purchased within and/or shipped to New York. No sales tax will be applied to items shipped out of New York state.   

 Q. DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
 A. No! We ship from New York City via the USPS. Shipping is complimentary for ground packages (first class) shipped within the continental United States. All domestic shipments are sent with a confirmation email confirming tracking and expected delivery information and the buyer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged items. 

  Q. CAN YOU EXPRESS SHIP ITEMS?
  A.YES! We are happy to ship using any method you prefer. Let us know the shipping account number or your currier or we will research the cost and let you know (payment in full prior to shipping). We will always do our best to accommodate your needs and meet your deadlines.

 Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
 A. YES! Please contact us at mary@maryjaeger.com with your order. We will let you know the cost (payment is due prior to shipping). Or we can use your shipping account number. The Buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties charges for international shipments.

Q. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES MARY JAEGER ATELIER, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER DELIVERY?
A. Mary Jaeger is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments. If customers want their packages fully insured, they are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance. 

Q. CAN I COPY PHOTOS AND WRITTEN DESCRIPTIONS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A. ONLY with prior permission by Mary Jaeger (kindly call or email Mary). The website design, text, graphics, information content, and other material displayed on or that can be downloaded from this website are the property of MARY JAEGER and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

 Q. DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
 A. YES! There is a form, please click the tab on the upper right corner on the home page. The Gift Certificates do not expire.

 Q. WILL YOU WRAP A PRESENT?
 A. YES! Let us know the occasion and the message you would like written on the card. Wrapping is complimentary.

 Q. HOW WILL I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 
 A. Call us - we will contact you before we send your order and email your tracking information when the package is shipped.

Q. WHEN DO YOU SHIP AN ITEM?
A. We ship within two business days of receiving the completed order, however during Covid-19, some items may take longer to process (kindly contact Mary for shipping timeline). Custom orders take 2-4 weeks depending on the item. We notify you prior to shipping.
